Didnt get keys i bought asked for a refund and got perm banned

i was perm banned because i asked for a refund on my god keys i didnt get

It takes up to 15 minutes to come through, basically any item you buy from the store. If you still didn't receive the item, you can always issue a payment report (https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/payment-issues.86/). Yes, refunding will get you banned because it's not allowed. With that being said, you can still appeal for the ban if you're willing to pay the amount back that was refunded. (https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/unbanappeal/)​
