Death by a glitch

I got stuck in a block while building on my island and the safety tp teleported me to spawn but i still died and lost all my items can someone please look into this?

You died in island or in spawn? Also if you did /is home while being stuck in a block, it still might kill you ( it happened to me and I lost my 200k xp )

Idk where i died tbh but my items were nowhere to be found. (idk where i died bc my screen was all black even at spawn )

Means you fps lagged very hard, you probably took damage at island and gone to spawn

Hello!, I think it may be a bug, you can report it here and sadly, you can't get your stuff back.
