Cross teaming vs hacker?

this is just an idea like should be cross teaming allowed if they are cross teaming on hackers should it be allowed or not in my opinion it should be

yes i just did but still i had a 3 winstreak (which is like not alot but for me alot ) and lost it for a hacker

tbh yes hacking is wrose than cross teaming i think its is fine until the hacker is gone then they cannot team
