some people are using clients (hack clients) which makes the server lag/crash.

Hey, I'm sorry you had to face this issue while playing Factions Eternal on JartexNetwork. If you have any idea who is behind this, you can do the following steps to report the player:

• Record / Screenshot to get any proof of the player doing this and report them here.
• If you are unable to record, type /staff and check in-game staff that are online. You can message those staff members and tell them that this is happening in-game. They'll respond as soon as possible and be of your aid.
• You can also message a staff on our discord, to which the invite is https://discord.gg/jartex.

If you have proof of that please report it however It's obvious that the number of cheaters is increased.

specially in bedwars and skywars, they easily fly back when they get knocked..
