Greetings, everyone! I'm creating this thread to inform the part of the community that is unaware of some crucial information. This lack of awareness often leads to them fall for player tricks, frequently resulting in the loss of account access.
- Token Logging
Recently, some players have been tricking others into linking their accounts to an unknown email, falsely claiming it is associated with JartexNetwork. According to reports, players were asked to link their accounts to this email: [email protected]. However, this is not an official email, it is a fake address created by a player to token-log accounts.
Do not link your account to this email or any similar ones based on a player’s request. Doing so will endanger your account, allowing the other player to change your password at any time.
- Fake Staff Member accounts
Another method used to steal players account passwords is by creating a fake Discord account impersonating a Staff Team or Management Team member. Staff members are not allowed to ask for personal information such as account passwords or IP addresses, and players should never provide this information.
It is very important to verify whether the account messaging you is a real staff member or an impersonator.
How to verify the real accounts?
Well, it is easy to verify the real account, you just have to match the username of the account that is messaging you with the real staff member account. You can tag the real staff members on discord to see their usernames.
This is where you can check the account usernames.

This is not limited to the methods mentioned above. Take responsibility for your accounts and prevent from sharing your password with anyone you do not fully trust.
