could you guys tell me why i dont have access to /nick command when i redeemed the nick command voucher, is that a bug ? i didnt receive the command.

Nickanmes must be alphanumeric

Maybe colour is not allowed.

The answer to the original question: That was a bug that should now be fixed.
The answer to the colour thing: You have to purchase /nick with colours from the webstore to be able to have access to that feature.
