It starts at the end of first half of december. And when it does, the december giveaways channel will open
The owners will announce the codes depending on the reaction goal it hits (e.g. 50 monkey reactions for the next code).
If you get the code, you will receive the amount of giftcard euro depending on how much it is, it can range from 10-50 euros
(100 when its the last code)

i believe it begins every 14th, so it goes on for 10 days. Members have to reach a certain goal of reactions like Lolguy said.
