Client modification issue

I have been playing Minecraft since last 2 month and am not even aware about many terms. Most of the time during matches whenever I try to place a block it does not gets placed and I get kicked with thr reason given 'client modification'. I don't even know what it means!! Can someone pls help me in fixing this issue

You are getting kicked either beside of your ping and cps. The anticheat mistakes your lag for cheats

its probably because of your ping, if you live further away from where jartex is hosted from you will have a higher ping. might also be cuz of internet
try to move closer to your router if that helps. also reduce the amount of devices connected to your wifi
