What is the suggestion about?

Clarify how many reactions is considered reaction spamming​

Description:

As you may all know, there is a rule called reaction spamming ( which ketttmusicall breaks on his alts )

And after talking with roda he told me that 15+ reactions is considered spamming, and that has to be put in the rule​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will be useful for carrotgaming because he does that on his alts
Not jokes aside, it will let people know how many reactions is considered as spamming​

-I think it shouldnt be considered only for a number,
Some people always give negative reactions (for no point same as reaction spamming) but without spamming and I think this should be punishable. I know 2-3 members who does that always and of course they dont get punished because they dont spam it.

What if they only spam 14???

I don't think this needs to be clarified as people would bypass the rule by limiting themselves to 14 or below reactions. Even though they will find out eventually, it's better not to mention the exact count. I personally don't think the count is even required, due to the reason I mentioned above.

And this is allowed appearently.

And then I get punished for 9 reactions, so fair right?

If you dont know about him, he has more than 10 accounts registered, all of them are for applying for youtube rank with peoples channels and reaction spamming. And staff members dont do anything about this.
