My friend and I were placed #40 in clan position, we already received the "Master" rewards, but not the Top 50.

How long does it takes to get the rewards?

You need to need to requirements of "Legend" Tier to enter "Top 50" And all above tiers. To meet the requirements of Legend Tier you must have atleast 7500 trophies by the end of thr season.
