Clan leader USER
Description:
To be able to give someone clan leader of your clan incase you are not able to run it for a month or so, You'd be able to get someone else to run it.
Currently you cannot promote a commander to leader because of this

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
It'll improve by having long standing clans instead of clans that last a month or two and has no choice to disband since they may want to leave Jartex or they cannot play anymore, If they can give someone else leadership, It'll continue the clan
