Claiming 2 different rank(I just thought to name the title like this sorry)

I would like to know that in faction Eternal that I won noble rank(forever) from rare key crate so.. I used it (I got it 3days ago) then today I won a seasonal Elite rank from rare key crate so if I use it(right click it) I will get the seasonal Elite rank so.. after Faction Eternal reset will I be non rank player or noble rank(forever) player??

You should keep the perm rank after the season. If you for some reason lose it next season you would need proof that you redeemed it but you should be good!

As jackoryan said you should have the rank, though if you don't have it. You can inform this to the staff, though I would recommend that you shsould take a screenshot or make a recording you redeeming it as evidence
