Claimed Chest Aren't Safe

Hello,

yesterday I claimed an area and placed some chests in it where I put some stuff (ores...). Today I open to find that most of the stuff are missing. I read in a previous post that there was a chest glitch/bug. I would please like to understand how that glitch works in order to take counter measures and protect my chests until the glitch/bug has been resolved. Does closing my chests in a room protect them? or can people still ender pearl inside? I didn't have that issue in the previous season.

Dear Brother,

I know its a big issue, but don't worry. You know well that ranked players don't steal as they have everything they need, so you should worry about players lower than lord rank. If you put chests in a closed room, they won't be able to steal them. But I would like to recommend the buried chest method. Just dig some blocks in the ground and burry chests there that contain all the important loot.

I hope this will help you, and I would also like you to report this. I have reported, but as many players report, it will be better.

Developers said the bug has been fixed (see the last survival news).
However, if I were you, I'd still be careful by putting my stuff in my playervaults.

Yeah its better option but if you are somewhere to loot ancient city or something, you would like your vaults to be empty so you can have as much loot as you can.

It's been fixed for some days now, both with a locked chest with a sign, and normally claiming the chest.
