What is the suggestion about?
Cheaters

Description:
So, when players first time join Jartex(new pc or new acc) plugin creates .txt or .ini on some random place on players pc(something like C:\Windows\Media or somewhere, folder on pc that only dev/owners would know) and next time player joins the server plugins checks if there is that .txt created and if it is, checks data which would contain something like "IP-BANNED: 0", something like that and if IP-BANNED is 1 or true, plugin would ban IP them again.

There are a lot of cheaters who get IP banned, then change the IP, register and cheat again. This would prevent them from doing so. This would work like web cookies.

And I know where are a lot of flaws here and this is not fully think-through for like unban and that, but with help of community and devs, this could work. And I know they/players could edit if they find it but if it's hidden well...

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
BAN-IP Evading

I actually like this suggestion. I am not good at this .txt and minecraft server things but I belive if that is possible then +1, I mean if this is going to help then we will ban like 60% of cheaters because most of them just change the ip and they can ban evade and hack over and over again. I hope that this works like u have said and that developer, owners have time to do this. +1

It's not possible to do so. Against the Terms of Service, and a blatant breach of privacy.
