Changing Commands channels desc and pinned message.​

Suggestion Details:

In #commands , There is currently the description set as "The main channel for Donators to preform commands.", This used to be the case till it got opened up to all users, So I feel like that description needs to be changed.

Also the first pinned message says this:


":Jartex: @Donator This will be the channel fully dedicated to performing music bot commands in order to prevent any chat flood on the donators_chat. Every single server rule is valid within this channel, except the following:
- Flooding
- Spamming
- Character Spam
Although the listed rules shown above will not be taken into consideration in this channel, if you are seen massively flooding and/or spamming this chat with the purpose of completely vanishing any other message, you may be punished. Apart from what has been stated, you're free to spam, flood, and use character spam in a non-massive manner.

The prefixes for the bots are the following:
- R Rythm !
- R Rythm 2 ? "

I feel like it should be changed to this:
