Other cant verify email

i cant verify my email, i type "/email [email protected]" and nothing happens after that.

To being with, ensure you are typing the correct email and command as it should send a green message in chat
You could also check your email inbox searching for the email. Ensure you checked all categories such as updates and especially the spam folder
Along with, try another lobby and restarting your game if no message comes in chat.
