Lobby can't see rank in any other gamemodes except lobby

hello everybody, my username is OfficialCookie and i possess diamond rank but i am not able to see the rank or perform any of the commands (nicking, using diamond gadgets etc) in any other lobbies except the main lobby. i've tried changing my nick and then join bedwars lobby but it shows that im not nicked? what is wrong exactly?
