Solved Global Can't Register

Hey Jartex, whenever i try to register it says "You have exceeded the maximum number of registrations for your connection!" But this is the first account I'm playing Jartex on! Please help me with this, Thanks. My IGN is: Taspercoins

It didn't help at all, i restarted my router and did everything i could, but nothing happened. Also, this is the first account I've created, and my none of my family members play Minecraft, please help me
