Hello,

In order to resolve this issue make sure that you:

Turn off all VPNs that you have. Login again in a few minutes to see if it works.

If u weren’t using a VPN or it didn’t work after turning it off, join the Jartex Network discord server.

Next, take a screenshot that includes:
1. Your minecraft client with or without the version.
2. The taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
3. A photo of the message you see on your screen. (In this case it is the bot-filter screen)

• Send the screenshot in JartexNetwork's assistance chat and tag a staff member. ( Helper or Above ).

After joining JartexNetwork's discord server, sending a screenshot for the bot-filter in assistance chat, and tagging a staff member, you will have to wait for them to whitelist you. It may take a couple of minutes so be patient.
