Solved Can't join Jartex because I changed my router

I changed my router recently and now I can't join Jartex. It says the ip address of mine has been flagged by Jartex's Bot Filter. What should I do?

So, the bot filter is not a ban but it's the filter blacklisting your IP for possibly being an IP that is used in a VPN or a blacklisted IP.

Here are the steps on how you deal with bot filter:-

-Make sure to check if you have any activated VPN's and deactivate them and try joining

-If you don't have a VPN you proceed to go to either post a thread on the forums in the Community assistance section so a helper+ can notice it and ask you to DM them on discord so they can help you or the more recommended way is to ask for help in assistance chat (Which is in the jartex discord server) or DM a Helper+ from the discord server.

-If a player comes to help you let them know you don't have a VPN and they would have to proceed in asking a staff member to whitelist you. (you just need to be patient)
*If a helper+ comes to help you or responds to your DM you let them know you don't use a VPN and they'll proceed to whitelist you. (you just need to be patient)

What do you need to include when you're asking for help with your anti-bot filter:-

You'll need a screenshot of your bot filter message including your taskbar here is an example

you can use Snipping tool which you can find by searching it up in the search bar or you can use LightShot which is a software you install from the internet

or if you're on a mac you can use
Command + Z: this shortcut provides an alternative way how to trigger the screen-capture option. Grab → Capture → Timed Screen: using this option, you can start
a 10-second timer, select a part of your screen, and then take a screenshot
