Solved Other Can't Connect to the Server

I wanted to join my friends on Jartex but it doesn't work.
I played before and I had fun and suddenly now it doesn't let me.
Sometimes it just says that the network is unreachable, sometimes saying something about TCPshield or something like that.
Can someone help please? I really want to play. Also, I can play on a bunch of other servers, but Jartex is the only one that doesn't work.

Edit: I tried logging in with PvPLounge which didn't work, so I just used OptiFine, which also didn't work. My internet is working also.
