Solved Other Cannot post a Youtube Application

Guys I applied for youtube rank 2 weeks ago and was not selected.But now I think I meet all the requirements.So Now i have to apply for Youtube rank but when I'm clicking the Post thread It says you have filled this form for maximum number of times. I have only applied once

Hey! This is either a bug or you have filled out too many YouTube applications. If this is a bug, I will message you with further details and get it fixed for you but if it is the other option, you'll have to message me, asking for more permissions to apply.
