Can you get banned for using fishing rods in Survival PvP?

But I think no one using fishing rod in pvp because netherite armors not taking kb form fishing rods (I think not 100% sure)

I used a fishing rod in PvP so I can block their screen with the fishing rod bobber (also fishing rods don't do knockback in 1.16).

No spamming fishing rod is just annoying, it do not give you ban

I am not sure but no because it is a common thing and I see it every time that players use it.

no its not bannable but its useless since u can be holding a shield or a totem in this hand and just why !!!
