Can we remove the 3 second chat timer in party chat?

Using /pc or /p and then typing activates party chat, and raelly only people who are part of the party can view the message, so even if it feels a little spammy, the party leader can just kick them, its just annoying having to wait 3 seconds whilst being in party chat and typing, its just an annoyance, I get the restriction in Global chat , but i feel it should be removed in /pc
