can mobs spawn on your island without spawners

i cant afford mob spawners so i wanna build a thingy that spawns mobs and push them to a place where i kill them

i think there is a small chance they spawn if there are mob spawning conditions

Mobs here can't move if you don't know.You can do /is warp Impersonator,my member had built a small public mob grinder and you can warp to my island then grind money as many as u want.
