Technically massage gun is not hacking. But cps might be high so the server might think it's hacking.

I guess you could technically use a massage gun to, but I'd recommend against using it, as the server might kick you for high cps (autoclick assumption)

You can use any legit way of clicking, even if it is a message gun, but if you go over our limit of 25 CPS, You may get banned for auto clicking.
