Can i give another account my rank

hello im the owner of beltgucci i have a island and all and i want to transfer my stuff to my new account as im giving my old one to my little 8.5 year old sister she is following my steps in becoming a gamer and i wish to transfer my skydonor rank to my other account please
is that posible ?
