Can being a SkyDonor make you to be able to silk touch spawners?

I was thinking of buying SkyVIP or SkyDonor to be able to silk touch spawners. It says that I can mine spawners when I buy SkyVIP but it says I can't when I buy SkyDonor. Did they forget to put mining spawners as a perk on SkyDonor because I will still be technically supporting the server when I buy SkyDonor.

I think you can mine spawners with silk touch

You need SkyVip+ To mine spawners I think.

Skydonor ability to mine spawners was removed almost 2 years ago, reason for that was cause too many people was winning the rank for free. Cause of that, only SkyVIP+ can mine spawners (unless you have redeem the silktouch command)

I think it would be a good idea to invest some more money for the skyvip rank!
