Solved cactus farm not working plz someone tell the proper design to use with crop hopper

Plz someone tell me how to make the cactus farm i tried all the ways still no results plz recommed

There was already a conversation about this in other thread, but I suppose you don't read it so here's a short explanation:
The best design for auto cactus farm is just like the photo below provided by AutumnBomb1111

Now, if you think it doesn't work and not producing anything after waiting for a long time, let me explain how it uniquely works.
Apparrently, if you place a block next to the second cactus height like picture above, one cactus can produce 16 cactus once every hour of its growth. (It produced 16 once in a hour, not one by one). That means, you need to wait at least one hour, then check your crop hopper. Oh, and remember place a crop hopper in the same chunk with the cactus farm (Just place it anywhere, doesn't matter)

Note: You can also place a crop chest in the same chunk, so the cactus collected by crop hopper will be "teleported" into the crop chest for more storage.

hi I followed ur instructions to make the farm afked there for 2 hour none happned. Cactus did not grew and got to crop hopper. Visit my island plz suggest what's wrong. /is v cheesydon

Ok i'll visit later, i can't play now. Make sure i can access the farm without anything blocking.

I haven't have time to visit your island yet, if possible can you take a screenshot of the farm and send it here? Also, if can, use higher version than 1.8 and press F3+G to show the chunk border to see if all the parts in the same chunk.

All are in same chunk. its 16.4 version plz check and let me know.

Make sure there is a crop hopper /crop hopper chedt in the dame chunk for it to collect

yes all are in same chuck i checked. its all in the same chunk. Is the farm build ok?
