Solved Buying vouchers with irl money

I dont know much about this but isnt it that if the person scams someone else out of irl money they get banned from the server?

In this case if player 1 makes a deal for buying a rank and player 2 giving him ingame stuffs. If player 1 buys it and player 2 refuses to give the stuffs, will lead to a ban for scamming irl money.

If player 2 did this deal on a game-mode where scamming is allowed, will still br bannable as it's irl scamming.

If, player 2 agrees to give you his items for a rank and player 1 after getting the items refuses, then it's bannable since someone gamemodes don't allow scamming.
