Hello HeroOfz,
Unfortunately even though this is rule breaking it won't be able to be used as proof for forums report, since the client you are using is on a mobile device (not allowed for reports) and the screenshot is cropped.
If you would want to report any further rule breakers please use a device such as a laptop or pc instead of the current launcher you are using on your mobile device, and make sure to get the uncropped version of screenshot you are going to be using for reporting.

Unfortunately as khilvansh said, the evidence is not reliable, only fullscreen evidence is acceptable, so better upload a good evidence on the link I mentioned.
