Bugged Enchantment I guess

I've recently opened and Immortal Enchantment and got Mobheads out of it. I then continued on using it on one of my swords with no enchants. After applying it, it disappeared and said something like "You must not have the same enchantment". Its already my 4th experiencing it, this first happened with my Nutrition and Anti Gravity. I don't actually know what to do

Did tou try to apply ( for example : mob heads 9 on 10 on the same sword?) if yes it won't work since you have to apply the other enchant on another item ( swords axe etc) and then combine them both using the command /magician ( which will combine items)

I used it on a normal diamond sword with no enchantments on it.
