Bug with /level

at /level on level 21 31 and 41 there are mob buffs, that gives x2 xp, loot, and mob coins, not confirming that loot and mobcoins do not work, but xp definitely does not, and from the last level i cant actually see the difference between the amount of mobcoins i get either.
