Bug in Faction

anyone can help me i cant connect to faction it always kick me. i try every method to connect in faction but it always kick me. it always said 'flying is not allowed in faction' but i didnt even flying. the last time before i can connect to faction im in /spawn in faction then i got kick for nothing. please help me
