Buff Penetrate Enchantment​

Description:

Just need a buff for penetrate enchantment, it is so ineffective, it almost changes nothing.
A buff for penetrate enchantment is necessary.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Will help PvPers, to deal damage to opponents amour, right now this enchantment is almost useless.​

-1. I tested out a penetrate 5 sword vs a regular sword on diamond armour. The penetrate sword got the armour to 10% in 34 less hits than the regular one. To me, that's a reasonable advantage and doesn't need to change.
