Bring back the No Excessive Caps rule​

Suggestion Details:

I think we should bring this back as players would get annoyed, and will make the chat look annoyed and is just not great, so im making this suggestion to bring back the rule as it can keep chat clean and people wont get disturbed from people sending caps over and over again​

Thank you for your interest in JartexNetwork by creating a suggestion for the network. After reviewing your suggestion, I have decided to deny it for the following reason(s);​

• The rule was removed for a number of reasons, specifically that a caps lock rule wasp not a necessity.
• The rule essentially restricted users to express themselves, specifically on Discord. There may be extra measures (some already put in place) to ensure that people still enjoy to chat without seeing hundreds of characters of capitalized messages
• Having a rule restricting what is considered a way to express yourself can be seen as more annoying opposed to having it allowed
