Bring back /f fly on enemy territory

We need /f fly back for free to play players. Swimming up a wall for 5 minutes is boring especially if you have to do it over and over again.

this will sadly not be bringed back, it was very unfair to the players who have bought the fly command and it was making it very easy for the people who go on alts and phase. now it will be 5x harder for them, we're sorry for disabling this but it was never supposed to be like this.
