Bought Hoppers Upgrade next day does not work Help?

I Bought the Island Hopper Upgrade that would increase my limit of hoppers along with some other things. The next day it reset the hopper upgrade while keeping the other upgrades. Help?

Idk why this happened but it seems to be bug or something , anyway contact with staff about it
