First of all, make sure you are not using a vpn. If you're not using any sort of vpns, take a full-size screenshot that includes your mc version, bot-filter page and taskbar as shown in this screenshot, ("https://prntscr.com/wm4u17") Send it here and wait, one of the staff members will whitelist you.
