Boat Race Event​

Event Details:

I would like to suggest JartexNetwork to host a Boat Race event. A race on ice while driving a boat would be an exciting and funny event that takes a lot of skills actually.​

The arena/map where the race could take place and how the map will look should be decided by Team Events. I would suggest adding some obstacles to slow down or speed up our boat or a few different ways to get to the finish line.​

Once the course is set up, players can hop into their boats and start racing. The boats will slide and glide across the ice, making for a fun and unique racing experience. The objective of the game is to reach the finish line before your opponents and be the first one to complete the course. There should be like for all other events a prize for Top 1, 2 and 3.​

Why should this event be implemented?

It would be very funny and exciting event to play on JartexNetwork.​

Yeah, I just checked and it's true. Actually not bugged but the old boat mechanics. I am not sure if there's a fix using plugins on the server or the event should be hosted on 1.9+

+1 Boat pvp is my main gamemode and I can't wait for it to be added to jartex!

boats run slow in 1.8.9 so it needs to be done in a newer version

That's true, boats in version 1.8.9 are very buggy. If you crash into something, your boat will break.
