Block spawners from pv's​

Description:

this idea will help a lot, there are tons of kids that hide spawners in their pv's and place them at the last 2 days so if you guys block any type of spawners to be placed in pv's or ec this will rly help out.​

This could get by-passed in a multitude of ways: storing directly in player inventories, storing in containers (chests, dispensers, droppers, hoppers) in wilderness, storing in /ah "expired" page. I agree with the concept you're proposing, but it simply can't get enforced..
