Better Rules and Improve Rule Enforcements​

Description:

So as what happened earlier in #main_chat in Jartex's Dicord Server, where 4 people where toxic and took 1 hour for a Helper to mute them, I think imposing better Discord Rules should be priority
New Rule - Toxic Behavior - Mute - 24 Hours
So, I know there is already a rule about Inapp behavior, but this is mostly about getting muted for Toxic behavior, without the reason of using Swear words. As I saw earlier, it was annoying to argue with this toxic people, and was just dumb.
New Staff - Discord Helper - Special Staff
This are like helpers, but except their main role is to keep peace in Jartex's Discord. They won't have any commands in Jartex's Mineraft Server ( or only less commands ), but they can ban, mute, and warn people.

I only thought of this earlier, so ideas are still vague, if there are any you guys might add, feel free to add in the reply section, if this doesn't get accepted, then I just wish for a better Jartex discord.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Less Toxic in Main Chat, more randoms just weirdly interacting with each other.​

Toxicity is allowed unless it breaks one of the rules already written in the official discord rules page. If not there’s nothing wrong. You can always block the person or even DM other staff members who are using any discord status other then invisible
