Suggestion Details:

Add a command
"/chatreport {player} {proof}"
This is a command to report somebody's chat
In {player} you have to write the player's name who's chat bad
In {proof} you have to paste the proof (like the link of screenshot uploaded on Imgur)
In {reason} you have to write the reason (spam, swearing, inappropriate etc)
If the link isn't working or chat reported is for no reason you will get ip-banned for 30 minutes
This command is only for reporting chat
There are many clients/mods which uploads screenshot to Imgur quickly so it will be too easy to report these toxic people.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Less toxic/inappropriate people + it will be too easy for us to report who breaks the chat rules + useful + helpful + short command​
