Recording app - OBS.

OBS is a free software that you can download on the internet.
You can - Stream and record with it.
It's easy to use and is my top recommendation for a Free Recording App.
OBS has no paid version and no watermarks.

Editing app - Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora

Adobe Premiere is a wonderful Advanced app for editing.
It has many tools and is the best in editing.
However, there are no Free Editings apps, that actually have good quality and tools.
There is also Adobe stock, where they have a huge database of pictures, gifs, and videos.
Adobe stock starts at $30 / month
Adobe premiere starts at - $40 /month

Filmora is also a good editing app that is rising in popularity.
I personally have never used it, however, it seems it also offers many tools and quality.
Filmora has a free app that is OK, but it adds a watermark to the exported video.
To remove this watermark, Filmora Pro is the paid version at $40 /year. It offers more tools as well.
Wondershare Filmora also has a database called Filmstock, which you will get for free for a month, with the purchase of Filmora Pro.

To be honest i find Vegas Pro the best editing program for minecraft as it has all the features you could wish for and easy to handle if you learn the basics

Vegas Pro would be a great editing ssoftwarand for recording I would suggest a software called ocam.

i would prefer OBS as it is one of the best screen recorder apps for pc and for the editing i would say filmora as it is recommended by a lot of youtubers,people etc...

Obs if u have a good pc but if u have low end pc i would sggest ocam or badicam and Filmora is the best

It depends if your willing to spend a decent amount of moneyt personaly i use obs and wondershare
