Unfortunately, this question is not possible to be answered unless you are specific with it. Do you want a pickaxe for your missions? Levels? Blocks? Tokens? Money? Crates? Loots? Treasure?

It is an open-ended question without a set goal, I recommend you look at Monstererza prison's guide, which is pinned, for a full explanation on the experience prison brings. The guide includes all the custom enchantments with a detailed explanation. It is slightly outdated, but it helps when it comes to understanding what the game currently has.

actually that's a question which the answer depends on your own objectives. if you want to mine blocks to get pickaxe levels and access to other enchants, i'd say explosive would be the best option. if you farm drugs, you should focus on getting drug lord and rejuvenate. like for tokens you can use token greed, it's not that effective tho.
