I've been on the server for about 3 years now...
I think it's time to become a staff member...

Alright, if you feel ready for this make sure you meet all the requirements, and don't forget to put effort into your application, lots of details, be honest. Also, you should use more exclusive words than common ones to make your application a special one and different from others.
