in the 5-6 years i have played bedwars , i don't think this has particularly been an issue, and honestly if your good or have good teammates you can finish a game in 2-3 mins or maybe even faster.
So a -1 from me.

Hi rohit_tg, I saw your suggestion, and it wasn't a bad idea, but I'm giving you a DownVote for the following reasons:

• The Gens speed in my opinion is very good and perfect, neither slow nor fast
• Increasing Gens speed will make obtaining iron and gold easier, which will make items lose their value
• It will make obtaining items very quickly, which will increase the boredom of the game because of the ease of obtaining items, and as I said, they lose their value.
