Good luck with trying to get it from /transfer because it is such a sought for item, It's gone within the first few minutes it appears. You literally have to wait for the transfer shop to reset so that you can instantly be one of the ones that get to buy it. If you're un successful, then just go to /ah where it appears sometimes for 200~400m.
