i spent money on the server and got banned for saying that prision is shit and that the server is going downhill , so im asking for a refund on my bronze rank and the 2 keys gkits i bought on factions and sbd.

You can't refund it. As it stated. And yeah, the staff got rights to ban you for saying that, you should appreciate all the staff and builder works for you and everyone else.
