Join the Jartex Discord, and ask for help in #assistance_chat. You will be unbanned, console bans dont go above 1d so you should be good to go.

First of all most of them are kicks form server
second that is from my bad connection and cps not that lag I always see them in game (like block lag anti fall lag antikb lag and more ...)
and they are in practice PvP
